Sion Williams
Sion is a Solicitor with O'Flynn Exhams having joined O’Flynn Exhams in 2004.
Sion practices mainly in the area of Litigation. He specialises in Civil Law, Personal Injury Law, Employment Law, Criminal Law and Licensing Law. Sion has represented clients in numerous high profile Civil and Employment Disputes, and has also represented clients facing serious criminal charges, including murder and rape. He frequently appears before a range of Courts and Tribunals as an advocate and regularly tutors for the Law Society. He has also given lectures to fellow Solicitors on aspects of his practice.
Sion is a graduate of University of Wales, Swansea where he was awarded an LL.B. (Hons) degree. Sion was also awarded a Diploma in Legal Practice with commendation from Cardiff Law School.
Sion’s work involves representing a wide range of clients including public bodies, developers, companies as well as charitable and religious organisations. Recently, he has developed a particular interest in dealing with claims relating to defective motor vehicles, and acts for a number of large motor vehicle retailers as well as private individuals in respect of such claims.
Sion is qualified to practice as a Solicitor both in Ireland, and in England and Wales.
