Michael A. Bolger

Michael is a Partner with O'Flynn Exhams.

He specialises in Dispute Resolution, General Litigation Insolvency and Commercial matters. He has gained extensive experience in the areas of Litigation at all levels within the Court system, including employer/employee related claims, general personal injury litigation, property related disputes, commercial litigation and arbitration.

He has advised commercial clients in relation to contractual disputes, and property related litigation, and has also participated in Compulsory Purchase Schemes, and related Public Enquiries.

He also has significant experience in Corporate Insolvency, including Court Liquidations.

Michael Bolger is a graduate of University College Cork. He joined O'Flynn Exhams on qualification in 1977.
