Frank J O'Flynn
Frank was a founding Partner of O'Flynn Exhams,
having established the practice with two others in 1963. In July
2007, Frank retired as Partner, however, he continues to work with
the firm as a Legal Consultant.
Frank has practiced continuously as a Solicitor in Cork and Dublin from 1962 and has been Legal Consultant to a number of major Irish commercial and financial organizations. He has been extensively involved in all aspects of Property and Corporate Law, with particular expertise in property acquisition and disposal, property development and Corporate Finance. His other principal areas of practice are Wills and Probate and Private Client.
Frank was admitted (with distinction) as a Solicitor in December 1962. He lectured on Commercial Law for a number of years at the College of Commerce, Cork.
Since 1971 he has been a Director and part-time Chairman (in a voluntary capacity) of a large charitable public corporation dealing with persons with a learning disability, and continues to have major interest and input in that field.
