Aeibhín Cahalan acted for Cork Institute of Technology on letting of a new gym and training pitch on the CIT campus to Munster Rugby. The top quality gym was purposely equipped to a standard consistent with the needs of a professional rugby squad with access to existing outdoor grass and synthetic surfaces including a newly designated rugby pitch.
