City Council and City of Cork VEC development in Douglas Street

Mícheál Ó Mulláin advised City of Cork Vocational Educational Committee (“CVEC”) on the development, sale and leaseback of a portion of their premises at Douglas Street, Cork to include advice on arrangements with Cork City Council in respect of construction issues and Cork City Council’s future ownership of a portion of the site. The new premises consists of state of the art staff and office facilities, a crèche as well as certain residential accommodation and will complement the remainder of the CVEC campus.
