O'Flynn Exhams has a specialised litigation department which advises on a broad range of contentious* and regulatory issues. We handle all aspects of Civil and Commercial Litigation and represent clients in all the Irish Courts ranging from District to the Supreme Court. We also have significant experience in the areas of domestic and international arbitration.

We advise and act on behalf of major insurers in the country and in addition advise and act on behalf of several major institutions who either are self-insured or who take a "hands on approach" to the day-to-day conduct of their cases.

Our litigation team has proven experience in providing an efficient client focused service across a broad spectrum of litigation issues including:

· Commercial Litigation: Advising and representing clients in relation to proceedings involving complex corporate and commercial matters
· Civil Litigation: Advising and processing claims on behalf of injured parties and the defence of claims on behalf of insurance companies including advising on all aspects of road traffic, employer and public liability claims.
· Professional Negligence and Malpractice: Handling malpractice and professional negligence claims.
· Defamation and Libel Actions
· Employment Law: Contracts of Employment, industrial relations issues, termination and related issues, transfer of business and share holders disputes
