Shane CrossanShane Crossan is a Partner with O’Flynn Exhams. Shane practices in the areas of Civil & Commercial Litigation, Dispute Resolution and Employment Law. He represents clients, both Plaintiffs and Defendants on a daily basis in the District, Circuit & High Courts and before other tribunals. Shane joined O’Flynn Exhams having previously worked for a medium sized firm in Dublin for 3 years and a further year in another firm based in Cork County. He specialises in all types of litigation and has considerable experience on the Defence side for Insurance Companies, Local Authorities, Builders/Developers & Companies. Having obtained an honours degree in Actuarial & Financial Studies from UCD in 1998, Shane decided to switch careers to law and was admitted to the Role of Solicitors in 2004. He obtained a Postgraduate Diploma in Employment Law from UCD in 2005. Shane also tutors in the areas of Employment Law and Civil Litigation with the Law Society in Cork. As part of the employment team he also participates at Employment Law Seminars.
