Mícheál practices in the
areas of Employment Law and Commercial Property.
Mícheál represents a number of public
bodies and corporate entities in relation to a wide variety of contentious
and non contentious employment law issues including advising and
drafting of internal policies, redundancies, unfair and wrongful
dismissals, equal treatment claims and employment law aspects arising
on the transfer of undertakings.
His work in commercial property transactions
involves representing a wide range of property clients including
public bodies, developers, companies, charitable organisations and
retailers. His advice to these clients concentrates on legal and
taxation issues relating to the purchase, financing, development,
sale and letting of commercial property.
Mícheál is a graduate of University
College, Cork where he was awarded the B.C.L. He was also admitted
as an Associate of the Irish Taxation Institute in 2001, holds a
Diploma in Employment Law from UCD. He was admitted to the Roll
of Solicitors in 1996 and was admitted as a Solicitor in the North
of Ireland in 2004.
He also regularly tutors in the Law Society in
the areas of Employment Law and Commercial Property.
