Karina O'Sullivan

Karina is a Solicitor with O’Flynn Exhams.

Karina works with the firms Corporate Commercial Team. She advises on a wide range of commercial matters including the drafting and negotiation of commercial agreements. She also practices in the areas of banking, finance, energy and natural resources.

Karina joined the firm as a trainee in 2005 and qualified as a Solicitor in 2007.

Karina is a graduate of University College Dublin where she was awarded a BCL (Hons).
