Jerome Maume

Jerome is a Partner with O'Flynn Exhams. Jerome specialises in Corporate and Commercial Law and has gained extensive practical experience acting for a broad range of business and commercial clients since his qualification as a solicitor.

Jerome’s practical experience was primarily gained in acting for cutting edge multinational and indigenous clients in the information technology, electronic, telecommunications, software and pharmaceutical sectors in addition to acting for substantial business operators involved in the retail, hospitality, property development, financial services, agency, distribution, media and entertainment sectors.

The clear focus of Jerome’s practice is to provide a professional, high quality, dedicated, efficient and expert service to commercial clients to enhance his clients’ businesses at all stages of their development from startup to sale or restructuring and in relation to many of the other challenges which arise in between.

Jerome has extensive experience in dealing not just in relation to day to day commercial issues but also in relation to significant transactions such as mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, corporate re-financing, shareholder disputes and complex corporate re-structuring.

Jerome joined the Firm’s Corporate Commercial Team in 2008 following 16 years of specialised work with a commercial law firm based in Cork and Dublin.

Jerome is a graduate of University College Cork with a BCL degree and an LLB specialising in commercial, finance, EU and competition law. He was admitted to the Roll of Solicitors in 1992
