Eamonn has considerable experience of all types of Commercial and Domestic Property transactions. Eamonn has worked on a large number of infrastructural projects in the area of wayleave acquisition both by voluntary acquisition and compulsory acquisition for a major semi-state body.

Eamonn also has considerable experience over the years in advising clients on landlord and tenant matters and has acted on behalf of various lending institutions in high profile debt recovery matters.
