Deirdre O'Regan

Deirdre is a Chartered Company Secretary with O’Flynn Exhams.

Deirdre works in the Firm’s Company Secretarial Department and advises on a wide range of Corporate Governance and Compliance issues while working with both large group companies and small to medium size companies. Deirdre works closely with the Corporate/Commercial Department while managing a portfolio of clients and specialises in various transactional projects.

Prior to joining O’ Flynn Exhams in 2007, Deirdre worked in the Company Secretarial Department of two leading Dublin law firms. Deirdre was awarded a B.A. in International Business and Languages from Dublin City University in 2001 and became an Associate Member of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators in 2005.
