Brian Cunneen

Brian is a Partner with O'Flynn Exhams, and manages the Firm's Dublin Office.

Brian specialises in Corporate and Commercial Law and more particularly in the areas of general business and corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, shareholder agreements, joint ventures, corporate finance, inward investment, MBO's, corporate restructuring, insolvency and corporate rescue, employment law, commercial disputes, Partnership Law and a wide range of corporate transactions and agreements. Brian is also heavily involved in the areas of Civil and Commercial Litigation.

Prior to joining O’Flynn Exhams in 2003, Brian worked for seven years in the Corporate and Commercial Department of A & L Goodbody.

Brian graduated from University College Galway where he was awarded B.A. and L.L.B. degrees. Brian also holds a Masters in Commercial Law from University College Dublin. He was admitted to the Roll of Solicitors in 1993.

Brian has tutored in corporate law issues at the Law Society of Ireland. He has also published a number of articles in journals and newsletters and given a number of presentations on general corporate and commercial law issues to various bodies and organisations.
