Aeibhín Cahalan

Aeibhín is a Partner with O'Flynn Exhams.

Aeibhín practices in the area of Commercial Property. She undertakes a broad range of commercial property matters for a variety of property clients including developers, retailers, hoteliers, companies, investors and charitable organisations. Her work includes the acquisition and disposal of commercial and industrial property, landlord and tenant retail/industrial and office lettings, property related licences, deeds, contracts, agreements, tenancy documents and other matters associated with property transactions.

Prior to joining O'Flynn Exhams in 2005 Aeibhín worked in the property department of two leading City of London law firms. Between 1999 and 2003 she worked with S.J. Berwin which won Law Firm of the Year and Property Team of the Year at the Lawyer Awards 2000. Whilst there she worked for the second largest property company in the UK which had a domestic and international property portfolio. For the remainder of her time in London she worked with Olswang, a progressive firm and market leader in the property sector where she worked with enterprising developers primarily involved in the acquisition, development and management of shopping centres.

Aeibhín is a graduate of University College Cork and was admitted to the Roll of Solicitors in 1998. She is also a member of teh Law Society of England and Wales.
