Recent News October 2009 Richard Neville and Aeibhín Cahalan acted for Cork Institute of Technology in the acquisition of the Tyco/Sensormatic site. This acquisition completes a strategic land assembly on the northern end of CIT’s campus at Curraheen Road, Cork and adds to their existing 85 acre site. The land has been described as “strategic to the future development of the Institute and a very important acquisition.” For further information see attached article from Irish Examiner dated 22 October, 2009.
