Successes in Commercial Court Proceedings.

In this period O’Flynn Exhams had two cases with the Commercial Court Division of the High Court.
           
Firstly, Shane Crossan, in association with Frank J. O’Flynn, advised Defendants in the successful outcome of a multi million Euro high profile commercial property dispute between Developers which ran for four days prior to settlement.

Secondly, Shane Crossan in association with Frank J. O’Flyn, acted for the Plaintiffs in another multi million euro dispute where Orders for Specific Performance on Contracts for Sale of 6 units within a property complex were obtained at the end of July 2008 when the Defendants failed to complete the purchase in April 2008.
                       
Both of these cases illustrate the benefits derived by Plaintiffs and Defendants in securing early determination of litigation in commercial disputes of a substantial nature.
