Recent News June 2007 Irene O’Donovan represented Circle Oil plc. in relation to a US$30,000,000 investment funding by Kuwait’s KGL Petroleum. The funding is by way of Convertible Loan arrangement, with associated options for an additional 15,000,000 in shares in Circle Oil plc.
