We have been proactive in advising clients of the necessity to review their current testamentary arrangements due to the changed and changing economic and taxation climates and the general affect that these changes have had or could have on their assets and liabilities.   This is an ongoing process.  Many Wills made as recently as two/three years ago require to be reviewed and revised or new Wills made, and this is being emphasised to clients.
