Recent NewsMay 2009 During the past year there has been a major increase in the number of clients (of all ages) who have recognised the necessity for having Enduring Powers of Attorney in place and available in the event of they becoming mentally incapable, due to accident, illness or senility, of managing his/her own affairs. Such a situation could create major business as well as personal difficulties in the absence of an Enduring Power of Attorney. We have been proactive in contacting and advising clients of all ages of the advisability of having Enduring Powers of Attorney put in place regardless of their current state of health, wealth or otherwise.
