Family Company/Restructuring Legal and Beneficial Ownerships/ Transferability of Beneficial Interests.

Frank J. O’Flynn advised the beneficial owners of multi euro capital family business to provide mechanism for disposals by individual family members (whether engaged in the business or not) of their beneficial interests (or parts thereof) without affecting the business and avoiding conflicts of interests between executive and non-executive beneficial owners.  This was a major project which involved multiple beneficial owners and the creation of a structure to protect the business from the conflicting business and personal interests of the beneficial owners while at the same time ensuring that the business could remain as a family owned business.
